These Terms and Conditions regulate access and use of the FanChant mobile application, operated by Fanchant Global S.A.S.
By accessing or using the App, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.
1. Nature of the service
FanChant is a digital entertainment, cultural content and community platform aimed at football fans.
The App allows access to content, interactive functionalities and spaces for participation between users.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees of continued availability, freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose or specific results.
2. Access and authentication
Access to the App requires authentication through external identity providers, together with internal session management mechanisms.
The user is responsible for the accuracy and updates of the provided data.
FanChant may deny or revoke access when it deems necessary for operational, security, or compliance reasons.
3. Age requirement
Use of FanChant is restricted to people over 18 years of age.
The user declares, under their responsibility, compliance with this requirement. FanChant may suspend or delete accounts for non-compliance.
4. Features and subscriptions
The App may offer:
- free features;
- subscription-based features;
- premium features.
Subscriptions are managed through third-party platforms (App Store / Google Play) and governed by their terms, including automatic renewal and refund policies.
FanChant reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
5. Acceptable use
The user agrees to use the App in accordance with the law, good faith, and these Terms.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- any form of harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination;
- publication or transmission of illegal or inappropriate content;
- fraud, impersonation, or manipulation of functionality;
- use of unauthorized automated tools;
- interference with the operation of the service;
- unauthorized access to systems or data;
- any use that affects the security, integrity, or availability of the App.
6. Interaction between users
The App may include social interaction functionalities.
The user acknowledges that:
- they may access content generated by third parties;
- FanChant does not pre-screen such content;
- FanChant does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or suitability.
7. Powers of the holder
FanChant may, at any time and at its sole discretion:
- monitor use of the service;
- restrict functionalities;
- suspend or cancel accounts;
- limit access;
- adopt measures in case of non-compliance or risks.
These measures may be adopted without prior notice.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, its design, software, structure, and content belong to the holder or its licensors.
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the App.
FanChant does not guarantee that all available content is free from third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanChant makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanChant will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- data loss or interruptions;
- conduct or content of third parties;
- failures of external services.
11. Indemnity
The user agrees to hold the holder harmless against any claim arising from improper use of the App.
12. Termination
FanChant may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time.
13. Modifications
FanChant may modify these Terms at any time.
14. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Santa Fe, Argentina.
